SOME GUIDELINES: It is best if you give us a preferred area by one or more counties (see the Counties map under FACTS ABOUT MAINE. If you are only interested in one particular town, just enter its name. As to quantity of land, please give us a range, i.e., if you want 2 to 3 acres, give us a range of 1 to 10 acres. Houses for sale in Maine don't always give the square footage area. It would be better to give us the number of bedrooms that are acceptable. On price: if your comfortable budget is $225,000, we suggest you give us a range from $100,000 to $250,000, knowing there is usually some negotiating room built into every asking price.
