So don't expect a big selection at any one time. It may take a while to find what you are looking for, and it may be necessary to extend your criteria by area, size, type and price. It would be better to give us the number of bedrooms that are acceptable. On price: If your comfortable budget is $225,000, we suggest you give us a range from $100,000 to $250,000, knowing there is usually some negotiating room built into every asking price.
